Use our platform lawfully and respectfully. Our AI is a support tool — not a replacement for professional judgment. All content belongs to Skillecta. Indian law governs these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Skillecta platform, product, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of Services

Users must:

  • Use all services lawfully and in good faith
  • Not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or exploit AI systems or platform features
  • Not share access credentials with unauthorised individuals
  • Not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of other users
  • Comply with their institution’s acceptable use policies where applicable

3. AI Disclaimer

Important

AI-generated outputs on our platform are advisory and supportive in nature. They are designed to assist learning and educator workflows, but always require human review and judgment. Skillecta does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. AI outputs should never be the sole basis for decisions about a student’s academic standing, progression, or welfare.

4. Educator Responsibility

Educators using our platform remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving AI-generated content before it is used with students. Our Teacher-in-the-Loop design supports this, but does not transfer professional responsibility from the educator to the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, curriculum materials, and underlying technology on Skillecta platforms are the intellectual property of Skillecta Training and Consultancy LLP, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Content created by educators using our tools remains subject to the terms of their institutional agreement with Skillecta.

6. Payments

  • Fees are charged as per individual or institutional service agreements
  • Payment terms, refund eligibility, and billing cycles are defined in the applicable agreement
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skillecta shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
  • Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs
  • Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Data loss resulting from user actions or third-party breaches outside our infrastructure

8. Account Termination

Skillecta reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, engages in misuse of our platforms, or poses a risk to the safety of other users. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination, except in cases involving safeguarding concerns or serious misconduct.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
